When water flows through the standpipe into the truck, this unit automatically doses the water with a predetermined amount of GRT: Haul-Loc dust suppressant. Alternatively, they can be operated off a remote control system (driver would have a fob), or a manual on/off button.

Ideal for smaller operations like mines with a smaller footprint, quarries, or civil constructions sites.

The system draws DC power from the truck. This system is made up of quality components with proven durabilities such as the solid cast iron gear pump, and variable speed drive (VSD). The quality-built 220watt DC motor is designed for industrial applications where hours of faultless operation are paramount.

The dose is controlled both by an inbuilt timer and the VSD function. This combination ensures correct and accurate dosing every time. A remote key fob starts the unit so the operator need not leave the cab of the truck and remain safely separated from the filling process if required.

The system is almost exclusively a stand-alone solar-powered unit. Primary and secondary positive displacement dosing pumps are driven by a variable speed drive (VSD).

The dose is calibrated to the flow in the standpipe or water feed and injected via an injection port. The flow in the pipe triggers the flow switch so no human input is required to start the unit – making it perfect for manned operations and completely integrate into current or future autonomous mining systems.
